We want you to be happy with EffortlessVid. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Creem, our reseller and Merchant of Record.
1. Free credits to try first
Every new account gets free credits on signup, and no card is required to start. You can run the full forge – script, voiceover, visuals, thumbnail and a rendered MP4 – before you ever pay, so you can confirm the Service fits your needs.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied, email support@effortlessvid.com within 14 days of a credit purchase and we'll refund the unusedportion of that purchase – the credits you bought but haven't spent on generation yet. No lengthy forms.
3. Pay-as-you-go, no subscription
EffortlessVid runs on prepaid credits, not a recurring subscription, so there are no renewals to cancel and nothing bills you automatically. Credits don't expire.
4. Credits already spent
Credits consumed to generate assets (scripts, voiceovers, images, video clips, thumbnails and renders) pay for real third-party AI compute at the moment you run a job, so spent credits can't be refunded. Refunds apply to the unused balance of a recent purchase. The cost of each job is shown before it runs, so nothing is spent by surprise.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Creem, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@effortlessvid.comfrom your account email address, including your Creem order reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If a charge was made in error or you believe something went wrong with a purchase, contact us and we'll make it right.
